Great Doctor
Rhonda has been tremendous going out of her way helping me with insurance changes,all of the front desk staff are very kind and professional! Dr De Los Santos is my new PCP,very persistent on his needs so I can have the best care offered.
This office only accepts TRICARE as a secondary insurance plan, which makes no sense for veterans or service members who already have full coverage through TRICARE. I was refused care unless I agreed to pay for another insurance plan. It’s disappointing and shameful to see a clinic turn away veterans and military families just to push payments through other insurers. Our service deserves better than being forced to pay extra when we already have full benefits.
Wonderful crew. Julyana is incredible and very intelligent. The nurse did an amazing job giving the shots, barely felt them go in. Haven’t been in a few years and the ladies at the front were so kind. Reminding me of everything I needed for my physical exam. I was expecting to pay but they informed me that my insurance covered the visit with no charge. Very impressed with all of the staff.
