Long waiting times. Their office will call you, leave a voicemail, you call back, they ask you questions to identify you, they transfer you to someone else and they ask you the exact same questions.
Changed my PCP to Dr. Nolan after PAK medical group was sold to Inovacare and many physicians left. My routine check up was with the NP Harrison. Six months later I requested meeting Dr. Nolan, and did so to review my blood work results. All good except for the anti vaccination (flu, covid) recommendation. Never have any availability, or if you happen to get scheduled, it gets rescheduled over and over. Over a year as my PCP and have never seen Dr. Noland. Not sure if he even exists. Just get referred to other clinics in the area. So will be changing my PCP

I tried to schedule an appointment as a new patient. They said they'd call me back and never did. I called again and the woman in the New Patients department was rude and sounded annoyed when she answered the phone. She said they weren't accepting new patients with my health insurance. I wish they told me that before I waited all day for a call back (I did give them my health insurance info during the first call). I have a lump on my throat and need to be seen, so this really wasted my time.
