I had an excellent experience at this WellMed clinic. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and efficient and it took no time at all to get an appointment, which I really appreciated since I am new to the area. The clinic was clean, well organized, and everything flowed smoothly from check in to check out. My family has been receiving great care at the Singing Hills location for two years now. Staff is helpful and kind - and the appointments run smoothly and on time. For those of us who wait in the front for our family members, the television used to play old movies and Perry Mason. I am disappointed to find now that the tv plays nothing but Wellmed commercials. I hope they will consider bringing back nice old shows. It’s a comfort when you’re in a medical environment- please bring it back!
The absolute worst! My wife has been trying to be seen since August with these people and they continue to cancel on her. They keep claiming they called to confirm her appointment, but yet there is no record on her call log of an incoming call. To top it all off, it takes her 2 months to get a day off and they act like they are doing her a favor by "squeezing her in." Oh, WellMed at Singing Hills. What a magical place where appointments are more like mythical creatures. I have been trying to get seen since August and somehow that is just too complicated for this office. They proudly insist they “called to confirm.” Fascinating, because my phone must be set to invisible mode. Not a single call has ever existed in my call log.
