The absolute worst! My wife has been trying to be seen since August with these people and they continue to cancel on her. They keep claiming they called to confirm her appointment, but yet there is no record on her call log of an incoming call. To top it all off, it takes her 2 months to get a day off and they act like they are doing her a favor by "squeezing her in." Oh, WellMed at Singing Hills. What a magical place where appointments are more like mythical creatures. I have been trying to get seen since August and somehow that is just too complicated for this office. They proudly insist they “called to confirm.” Fascinating, because my phone must be set to invisible mode. Not a single call has ever existed in my call log. Long waiting times. Their office will call you, leave a voicemail, you call back, they ask you questions to identify you, they transfer you to someone else and they ask you the exact same questions.
Changed my PCP to Dr. Nolan after PAK medical group was sold to Inovacare and many physicians left. My routine check up was with the NP Harrison. Six months later I requested meeting Dr. Nolan, and did so to review my blood work results. All good except for the anti vaccination (flu, covid) recommendation. I am not sure if I need my doctor advising me to watch a Joe Rogan podcast #1979 regarding a Brazilian physician who is anti big pharma, anti statins, and seemingly a vaccine denier.
