I went with my elder client to WellMed clinic. She visited to Dr Jackson. I can see how not deaf-friendly. He use VRI. He won’t provide to request a real live interpreter which he doesn’t follow ADA Accessible Laws! He pay the attention on computer without looking front to patient! I can see how unpatience of deaf patients! I tell the truth!
I've been with Wellmed for almost 20 years, and they have always been amazing. The Doctors and Staff are always great. They are very thorough, and excellent at managing your health!
This is the most well organized medical office I've ever been associated with! They follow up on their referrals, they check on you after a visit and they are very, very thorough. I love the staff and the doctors are AMAZING!!! In the Evo bldg across from CTMC!
