A clinic is only as good as it's staff, and this clinic is extraordinary. I will get to the doctor, Dr. John Root last. First... Reception. The phone is always answered almost immediately after the welcome message. Everytime I call, they are professional and almost immediately able to answer my questions or, in THREE separate cases, see me on an emergency basis (who does this???). Very thorough health care
Always checking with me after appointments to make sure my needs were met and making sure I don't have any other needs. They are always friendly and accommodating.
I have been with this office for years, they recently got a new Doctor. She does not seem to care about her patents. I needed her to fill it papers for the school, she ignored my request for 8 days, and finally filled them out only partially. Took them back to her again and she still could not be bothered with putting the correct diagnosis on the paper. I will definitely find a better doctor or at least one who cares.
