A clinic is only as good as it's staff, and this clinic is extraordinary. I will get to the doctor, Dr. John Root last. First... Reception. The phone is always answered almost immediately after the welcome message. Everytime I call, they are professional and almost immediately able to answer my questions or, in THREE separate cases, see me on an emergency basis (who does this???).
