I brought my husband into this office. I believe it was early 2025. It is now almost the middle of 2026. This office have not called my husband not one time to come in for any other appointments. He’s taking blood pressure meds as well he have not spoke to them not once concerning his medication they don’t call. They don’t send out anything. They have not contacted him at all. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
Take my mom over there the nurse partitioners refused to do anything lab work such as urine analytics sample before evaluation her with there Lala diagnosis evaluation. There suggestions is going to emergency room for head Scan and MRI. I spend the whole day at Methodist for basic evaluation such as she got UTI. If I could rate this place is negative 0000⁰0000.
