The service has declined terribly in the past few years. The front desk, as well as my mom's doctor have been terrible. They have been rude and dismissive. Dr. Washington was dismissive and seemed rushed when she saw my mom last week. Where's the care? Especially shame on the front desk. I wouldn't recommend Wellmed taking your parents/grandparents to this place. TERRIBLE. TERRIBLE.

Hoy tuve una cita. Doy una persona discapacitada y mi citaron para una mamografia. Les dije después porque hace frío y tengo artritis y dijeron no hará tanto venga. Llegue y me subí con esfuerzo a un móvil. Allí salió una mujer y me dijo tiene que checar adentro de Well Med primero. La cita era 1 pm y me dijeron había dos personas antes y se tardarían 45 minutos . Le dije salía a un a vuelta. Así que fui a un cajero y regrese me dieron 30 minutos regreso y me acerco a las mises de enfrente me dicen suba y de nuevo me vuelven... read more

I have been a patient of Dr. Bermudez since 2003 when he was at his old building. I really appreciate the welcoming feeling you receive when you enter the office. His staff at his office is amazing from the front to the back. All of his doctors are very patient, understanding, and they take the time to listen to you. There is no other place I would rather be. You can't find a office where all the medical staff is AMAZING at what they do. THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR SERVICE
