After having a horrible experience with aWellmed of Frisco call taker, that is I placed on hold twice with the CSR being incredibly rude, hung up on and was given completely wrong and confusing information. I called back and the call was not picked up, I suspect the screener didn’t want to answer my call. I then called another number for the practice and got a person named Carmina. I wanted to leave positive feedback on Kendra McGown, my first point of contact when I have to go to the doctor. She is beyond great and at a time when a person doesn’t feel all that good or is sick and not thinking at their best, she steps up and immediately goes in to solution mode. That is extremely valuable! Love the way she thinks. Even with all the many moving parts to that office, she is truly an asset to the office and helps it run smoothly in my opinion!!!! Keep up the good work Kendra, love it!
