Barbara is the best she is always polite to me and I have known her for 18years and she is why I keep coming here.. Barbara is the only receptionist that treats me with respect the lady all the rest of them are very rude I have to call back 2 or 3 times just to get a refill the doctors are very good Melissa and aline and Theresa got me where I hate call in for anything I really miss dee and the other Theresa..hopefully things will get better soon
My sister and I just picked up a flyer for the patient appreciation day of fun and activities I wish Barbara would be leading the activities we always had a great time when she was doing the activities in the Bartow office it was so fun and always a blast we just love our receptionist Barbara and we hope she leads this because it was always a great time and so relaxing we love you Barbara
I went in as a new patient coming from a practice that was closing. From the moment the receptionist Barbara answered the phone made my appointment. She was very friendly and informative. Dr Frances Cadogan was amazing she answered questions and went thru my ongoing medical history, she took time to listen to me and gave me some actual hope my condition could actually improve. I highly recommend this office from the reception to the Dr to the friendly male nurse that took my labs.
The front desk lady, Barbara, is so wonderful. She is very helpful. She is just the best. I had bloodwork done today and they had a little trouble with my veins but they got the job done well. I truly love this office because of the personnel. They go above and beyond.
I recently changed my primary doctor's to wellmed at se Lakeland. I am beyond happy that I did. From the wonderful front desk person. Miss Barbara. To the Doctor that I saw for my first 2 visits. I have never had such a thorough visit.
