Staff very courteous, patient and attentive. Very few places present their professionism. Highly recommend.
I want to commend Roxanna at Dr Palafox office for her amazing personality and dedication to her job Always has a smile on her face and ready to work. She should get 10 stars instead of 5. Very happy with her attitude and work habits.
My grandmother had a very good experience. The place was very nice and clean. Dr. Palafox was great. We were in and out of there!

I had an appointment on Thursday, 5/1/2025, I hesitant in keeping my appointment, but I'm glad I went. Jess works in the front has great customer service. He is such a professional employee, very helpful. Angela, (medical assistant) is such a beautiful person, has a great personality. She makes you feel comfortable and important.
