Was informed they are ceasing to accept all major insurance carriers. In general I would say the practice has been going down hill since Well Med bought them out
I would give them zero stars if I could, this office should not be in the business of medical care. I really miss the days when a PCP could actually treat a person. All this office did was refer me to specialists. I was already considering a change of doctor when the following happened and forced me to find another doctor immediately. As a patient in Dr Phillips and due to a recent hospital stay my office advised I could be seen at this location as I have a hard time traveling. When speaking with the receptionist she was rude when I asked if they could take me. She told me on a condescending tone “well this is how this office works” when I inquired why I would need a new patient appointment as I already am in network. I am in disbelief with the attitude of the staff at this location.
