Today I went for my check up and they told me it was cancelled when I asked why they told me that they are not taking self pay patients any more not even a phone call or letter I'm very upset this is our healthcare doesn't care about people at all discusting.
The gentleman at front desk is very kind n answered all our questions. Summer is helpful. Dr son competent n efficient
I have to see Dr Ananda Som With Well Med every 3 months. I have seen Dr. Som my last few visits. Very nice office and people who answer the phones are very helpful And you feel like they are your family! I have been going to him for a few years now and would not change doctors! Ellen Tischio
I don't know if Dr. Som(who is a good doctor) is aware but the new personnel in his office seems slow answering the phone and for any patient who has to wait more than 10 minutes to get an answer is not an indication of an efficient practice. I remember a very cheery office and smile everywhere, Sadly not anymore. Hope for the better.
Dr. Som seems to be a man that really cares about his patients. I have extreme PTSD from Combat with 1st armored Division in Iraq 2003. Dr Som sees me as a person, not just another number. I will always want to see a Dr in private practice because big institutions cause me extreme anxiety and have a hard time treating me in a personable way. This is the reason that I love the Veterans Choice. Dr Som understands that I know my body, and he takes my feelings into account when making health care decisions. I couldn’t be alright... read more
