Dr. Ana Vidal, her nurses, and anyone up front are all extremely kind and genuinely care to support any needs that arise. It could be over the phone or in person. They are so wonderful and knowledgeable. I feel my mother is in such good hands.
Ever since Dr Patel left this practice the people in charge are rude and make you feel as though you are bothering them with any questions in person and over phone. Staff is not courteous towards patients. Find another primary clinic.
Worst place to get care at! Look elsewhere for a better professional care. Nurses and staff do not communicate with each other or Dr's. This place doesn't deserve 1 star.
I really appreciate this clinic they went over and beyond to get my dad the care he needed all of the staff is so professional and nice and they don’t act frustrated when you have questions I’m so grateful we transferred here sincerely
