Well Med is joke and it’s a shame because Dr. Farías and Shelley the NP are great. I called to schedule a Well Woman visit as I am way past due. The earliest they had was 12/31. They couldn’t find me in the system so have to treat me as a new patient and now can’t schedule me on 12/31. The earliest “new patient” appointment available is in MARCH. I hate having to look for a new PCP because I felt very comfortable with Shelley doing my Well Woman exams but now that Well Med has taken charge of it, they clearly do not want my ... read more
Absolutely terrible, avoid this place!
Have used them for prob 2 years. Mainly because I hate change. Should have changed along time ago. Constant issue with getting meds called into pharmacy. When you call and ask they blame the pharmacy. Then you book appointments that don’t get booked right and they blame you. Then tell you it will be another month before you can get back in. Ridiculous. I will be finding another doc asap. Don’t recommend anyone waste their time at this office. Should have looked at the reviews long ago.
I’ve called the office 4 times this week trying to get something scheduled for my father. I’ve had 1 return call, but by the time I reached my phone it’d gone to voicemail. I immediately called back but their “after hours” answering service (automated) was on. That’s how last minute the call back was. Not happy with their service at this point.
