We had been sent by a friend and thought it was going to go well. But it was anything but .my mum and myself both thought they were so rude to my dad who was going for there for help and got turned away. my farther hasn't slept for four days and was pleading for help and we were told we needed to see a psychologist. They were my just money hungry. And I won't be going back and wouldn't advice going there

I have been very happy with Dr Rebic and WellMed
Doctor was good and reception staff seemingly nice, but the practice manager I dealt with wasn't very pleasant. The clinic offers phone consults for convenience at $32/5min. I'd had consults before and they lasted about 10-15 mins ($60-$90 approx.). The last phone consult I had lasted 10 mins and I was charged $160 dollars (non-Medicare rebatable)!! I queried it with the clinic and was rudely told off by the practice manager. Apparently the fee came to $160 because of the scripts the GP had to write up. If I'd known that I'd... read more
