The experience at this clinic was absolutely wonderful. All the staff were courteous, professional, and responsive. I highly recommend this location!!!
Very friendly, efficient, and professional. Wait time was minimal and treatment was superb! Suzie and PA Green are tops in their field.
There is a nurse/tech named Raquel who was very rude. We called and made arrangements to accompany my father for his visit. She said no one can go due to Covid. I explained the arrangements that were made and that we were both fully vaccinated. She said no, the people you spoke with(Well Med call center) don't know our protocol and it's not their business how we do things. If the call center was wrong then they should be coached or retrained. Raquel should be coached as well on how to speak to others with kindness and respec... read more
Was TREATED very friendly as soon as I stepped of the elevator. Also when I went back to see the doctor, WAS TREATED with respect and kindness.
