Muy malos(as) hablo para rellenar mis medicamentos y nunca contestan y eso que les marco más de 15 beses y nada que contestan, pues tengo que ir personalmente a la oficina de wellmed at Remcom y si hacen la onden a mi farmacia pero las ordenan todo mal o no ordenan todo, que mal que no tengan eficiencia en su trabajo. Gracias.

I would give zero stars. Don't trust good reviews. I went because I needed a checkup for something.... like other reviews said. From sign says walk ins welcome. But you walk in.... no new patients. Not happy will go elsewhere.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Walked in for treatment, told I couldn't be seen because they are not taking new patients. Ok. Guess I'll go die somewhere else thanks.

I just had a root canal, and I couldn't be more pleased with Dr Xu, the staff, Alexa and Pamela are very kind & courteous. I recommend you make an appointment, don't hesitate to get it done if you need a root canal!

They told me they were accepting new patients and they had me get a prior authorization before they would schedule me. I did all of that and called to get scheduled only for them to tell me that the soonest I could get an appointment was in 3 months. I told them that was too far out. The representative told me they would call me in 2-3 days about a sooner appointment. It's been 3 weeks and I haven't heard back. Made an appointment yesterday for a different PCP that will see me this week. WellMed lost the business of a health... read more
