Would give 0 stars if I could. Walked in for treatment, told I couldn't be seen because they are not taking new patients. Ok. Guess I'll go die somewhere else thanks.

I just had a root canal, and I couldn't be more pleased with Dr Xu, the staff, Alexa and Pamela are very kind & courteous. I recommend you make an appointment, don't hesitate to get it done if you need a root canal!

They told me they were accepting new patients and they had me get a prior authorization before they would schedule me. I did all of that and called to get scheduled only for them to tell me that the soonest I could get an appointment was in 3 months. I told them that was too far out. The representative told me they would call me in 2-3 days about a sooner appointment. It's been 3 weeks and I haven't heard back. Made an appointment yesterday for a different PCP that will see me this week. WellMed lost the business of a health... read more

I went to Wellmed as a walk in because my regular PA was on vacation and there was nobody to cover for her. The receptionist told me to go to emergency or wait until next week. I was seen within 20 minutes at Wellmed on Remcon Circle and diagnosed with strep throat. Imagine how sick I would have been if I had waited. Thank you to the PA who saw me. I didn't get her name. She prescribed antibiotics and told me I would start to feel better by tomorrow. I was so impressed I switched doctors.
