Numbers, numbers, Numbers. Free meal once or twice per month. Don't trust nobody. The CNC supervisor is a kind of bully. However, the yard supervisor too. Some good guys, but not many. Decent pay on time. It is worth working for a couple of months to gain some experience and go to less toxic place even with a lower wage.

I have purchased a cart and rack system and they have lasted for years
We bought a few 360 carts a few years ago. While very well made, the center wheels need to be made so they're a little lower than the four swivel wheels, and carry a bit more of the weight. When going over non-perfectly flat & level ground, the center wheels will be off the ground, and all weight is transferred to the swivel wheels, and the cart then goes sideways and is hard to control.
