Doctor Tamara K. Wellman did a excellent Job on helping my Wife and I. Dr. Ray Klaykemp was our Doctor for many years. My wife and I loved Dr. Kleykamp like a Brother, and he will be sadly missed by us. Doctor Tamare K. Wellman took my wife and I together and we discussed everything that we both has been through, in the past several years. Great physician and great soul.
Great physician and great soul.
I always have a good experience when I go to appointment, people are friendly and helpful, but between visits, you cannot get a return phone call. I called Tuesday with questions about a procedure on Monday next week. I started calling Tuesday, now it is Friday and I have not been able to speak with a human being yet. Hard to believe. This is not the first time I have had this problem. Other than that, no problem.
I have been a patient with them for years. I have nothing but praise for them. Excellent Doctors, Nurses, and Staff. Treat you like a human and not a number.
Horrible - this place is all about the money. The "emergency after hours" on-call number NEVER gets you a call back until regular business hours, often not until late in the day. You can wait weeks for an appointment with the doctor, only to find out when you show up that he is "not available," and you see some other staff member who will give you conflicting information/treatment. Anyone who is already in pain does not need to be subjected to this place. I would give it a negative star rating if the software would allow it.
