The second they emptied our tank, we needed a new septic drain field. It had worked perfectly before emptying with no gurgles... it was just time to empty. I find it suspicious.
Completely useless. Called to have septic emptied that they had installed several years back. I told them I had no idea where the opening was but I had a general idea. I assumed there would be some digging involved and a charge for it, which is fine. The driver showed up and complained that he "hates having to find them" and he proceeded to dig one small hole and then gave up and asked me to start digging.
