Erica is wonderful. I wish I could give them 5 stars but unfortunately my problems lie with her office and her receptionist yami. I recently changed insurances from Aetna to BCBS when I had both of those insurances I also had Medicaid as a secondary. All the sudden when they had to switch my primary to BCBS in their system they said they were unable to bill me because they had to bill Medicaid as my primary and they cannot do that since they don't take Medicaid. I had an appointment scheduled at 1:20 and Welliti sent me a check in link prior to the appointment. I tried using this link at 1:15 and it asked me to sign in to check in for my appointment. I had never done anything with Welliti before, so this was pretty confusing. I checked everywhere for some kind of account information I should be using, but found nothing.
