Use Another Company – We ordered a window in 2010. It leaked. The installer came to repair it and broke the glass. He boarded up the window and said they would order a new one with a two week delivery time. Four months later he came with a defective window and couldn't install it. So our window is still boarded up 8 months later. They only have an answering machine/answering service taking calls. No one calls us back. Do yourself a favor and do business with a better company.

reconsider your options – As an old employee at Wellington, I have personally dealt with many unsatisfied customers. Although, the prices, customer service and other complaints were out of my control, I had to be the one to tell them they were stuck with a faulty window after many months of waiting and a huge bill to pay afterwards They tell you what they want you to hear, that is all I have to say.

Poor costumer service – We had Wellington install windows last summer. They not only cracked, but Wellington refused to replace them. The price was also way higher than the original quote and it took about 2 months longer than we expected to get them installed. We were so unhappy with this company. We highly recommend you take your business elsewhere.
