Laundry terrible, dryers need to be cleaned by owners, taking our money, not drying the clothes. Need to vacuum hallways more often. Many other issues with management.
My father lives at Wellington Village Senior Living, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. He has a spacious two-bedroom apartment and is surrounded by a truly kind and welcoming community. The manager, Matthew, is incredibly caring and attentive. He has refreshed the space with new carpet, furniture, and décor, and he’s always available to listen or lend a hand. Been looking and looking for a place for my grandmother. Met with Mathew and he was awesome! He introduced me to the other guys George and Larry they seemed nice too. Definitely on the short list for sure!
My grandma lives here and loves it! Matthew the manager has so many fun activities for the residents and he is always available for them. I appreciate his hard work!
