Great condos. A bit older so some upkeep is necessary. The mail boxes could be in better condition. Good for pets.
There is currently no one managing this condo building and the entire place has gone rogue and is lawless. Number given to management group has been changed and not even the police can do anything. Avoid at all costs, individual owners of condos are trying to rent condos out but you will be trapped in an unmanaged building, we currently have fleas for 2yrs when we don’t have pets because pet bugs aren’t regulated. Great location, pet friendly, perfect-sized condos. Plus pool, hot tub, workout room, “party room” and nice lobby. Common areas clean.
