they want the rent and security deposit before you can view a house. this place is an absolute joke.
Went to inquire on a property and they stated I can go look at the outside but not inside because it needs to be worked on but they don't work on them until you put a deposit down and won't be ready then for 2 months!!!! What a way to run a business I see why you have poor reviews
We have rented from them for 3 years and they are really good and very nice we don’t have any complaints the maintenance people know what they are doing and they do there job well the office is really on top and very helpful thank you Wellington for such an awesome job keep up the great work
Do not rent from them! The women in the office have really poor customer service skills and are very disrespectful. I called in to make a Maintenance request, and the lady in the office argued that they had more than just this property to take care of and hung up in my then blocked me from calling the office. There’s mold in my ceilings again Even after they put on a tin roof. So I’m assuming it was done incorrectly. They do not care about these properties.
