The properties they have for rent and in Lakeland are horrible the outside of them are horrible and they want to charge right at 800 or up for rent the yards are never mowed even the side that didn’t burn down they have pieces of the building hanging down when those apartment have been years and are old
Very unprofessional the property on 907 w magnolia is the worst house I’ve had ceilings falling in ac leaked the whole lease term tree all in the back has fallen roof is the absolute worse property management is the worst don’t rent this property

Well I have waited and called since April 5 2025. The property manager has yet to contact me and I'm a tenant on Northside Dr.of Wellington,About their maintenance guy backing into my truck causing his hitch getting stuck onto my truck, having to weld the hitch from their van, Everyone that answers the phone at Wellington tell me the property manager will contact me,she hasn't yet ,I keep getting told that the maintenance guy or the head maintenance guy hasn't sent over their insurance information yet..my truck was parked he... read more
