The experience I had on the 12th of August 2025 between 12.30pm and 2.30pm on the third floor at the recovery room has overshadowed all the other negative stories I could tell here. My mother and I were visiting my sister who underwent a surgery. The nurse offered me to leave my phone number so she can give me a call when my sister would wake up. After 1.5 hours my mother, who has got anxiety relating to healthcare repeatedly asked me to go and ask the nurse if there was any news. I made my way to reception and was standing ... read more
10hours + waiting in the emergency department to doctors give wrong medication to my wife saying for her (you have and infection, but idk if you are having an infection. I’ll treat as an infection, but idk what medication I’ll prescribe to you, let me see) They gave wrong medication, and know we waiting again 10hours in the emergency department to treat her.
Don't go to this hospital even though it's free for public. Worth investing and admit in private hospital. Staff turnover is really high.
