my friend and i were extremely concerned about her condition and discovered she had gotten alcohol poisoning around four am. we tried to alert the male nurse of what had happened as my friend was very unwell and he was extremely dismissive, he under-mimed everything we said and basically told us we were wasting his time. extreme lack of empathy and trivialising my friends state. we were told we must go to the emergency section by healthline nz and when i told the nurse this he laughed at us. awful experience and drove all th... read more
If you are a tourist and not with a life threatening condition- do not bother. Was shown out and referred to another public clinic when they figured out we are tourists and from outside the country. Cannot happen in US or Europe.
