Never received a bill. Now I've been turned over to collections. Attempted to call the number listed - no answer. Called Advocate and they provided me a different number which is not connecting.
I have a collection for $510 that I never knew I had, Not once these people ever pick up their phones or return your call.
I'm a little confused how I have a $1000 bill for service on a date that I wasn't there. I was in an auto accident and was seen on 4/7/15 and yet on 4/21/15 an extra $1000 service was added? 3 weeks after initial service and I know I wasn't there. I will have to speak with my attorney on this as this seems very odd to me and needs investigation PLUS I NEVER RECIEVED A REAL BILL JUST SENT STRAIGHT TO COLLECTIONS! User beware with this company.
