I would not want anyone I know or anyone I talk to move into these properties the management stink .the elc ..is bad... It takes months if your lucky to have any repairs done .they want management to back date state paperwork .so that they don't get find and have to pay the rural development money they get fined for . So they only have a manager there 1 time a week.... And the way I see it they don't care about the older t enant's ....And people ask how do I know all this .because I was one of there managers there at welling... read more
Wellington is a nice, quiet little town. The people are friendly. There is only one business in this town that is open to the public. Catfish Charlie's, a restaurant. It is high-dollar but worth it.
