A technician from Wellington electric came and put a smart meter on my home. My privacy fencing was intact not damaged when I left for work in the morning and I noted that I still had a regular meter as I tend to look toward it. In the afternoon I noticed my fencing was bowed out and also noted that there was a new smart meter..
