Very pleased with my experiences getting dental services at this location. The team here is fantastic and my dentist Dr Alex made the whole process 100 times better. Would highly recommend!
I have had a phobia about dentists for over 50 years, until visiting Dr Mel today. Mel took the time to hear my story then went about her job professionally and compassionately. She explained every step in detail and a no time pressured my decision making. Her work was exceptional and it is the first time in a long time that I have left a dental surgery relaxed and completely satisfied with my experience. Thank you Mel. I cannot recommend you highly enough.

Very disappointed with my second visit with Alex. While discussing concerns about a specialist referral, the dentist became defensive and confrontational instead of addressing my questions professionally. Patients should still be treated with respect and empathy. I left the appointment feeling extremely uncomfortable and upset, which is not how anyone should feel after a dental visit.
