Very disappointed with my second visit with Alex. While discussing concerns about a specialist referral, the dentist became defensive and confrontational instead of addressing my questions professionally. Patients should still be treated with respect and empathy. I left the appointment feeling extremely uncomfortable and upset, which is not how anyone should feel after a dental visit. Wow Dr Mel is an asset to humans and their teeth. Her honesty and compassion is second to none A true light in dentistry A shame about the reception it took neatly 30 minutes for her to sort out my bill due to technical issues and at no stage did she communicate with me Thursday 7/5 Not okay at all after I had had such a wonderful experience in the dentist chair
