Popped into the surgery this afternoon as my Father was in a confused and anxious state of mind following a phone call from the practice earlier in the day. Megan was working reception, she was most professional, very pleasant and helpful. She was sympathetic and understanding to my Father’s predicament. An absolute pleasure to have met and an asset to the practice.
I had a very disappointing and unprofessional experience with Wellington Practice. After filling out their online form, I received an alarming message suggesting that my case might be serious and that I should contact my GP, which I immediately did. When I called, the lady who answered instructed me to fill out the very same form I had already completed prior to the call, and then abruptly hung up without allowing me to explain my situation.
