Absolutely terrible and unsafe experience. This doctor dismissed my case because he did not properly read the full documentation sent by my specialist. Only after I insisted the paperwork be printed did he realize there was a second page clearly stating my diagnosis. This kind of negligence is dangerous and could easily lead to serious harm or worse. Despite requesting a referral to a specialist, he never followed through.
