I was a patient at the Wellington medical clinic for 35 years. Never had a problem till I got a new doctor. I had a work place injury that the doctor diagnosed wrong. Then I was kicked out of the office for life for communication that I guess was inappropriate. I was not given the chance to address the issue. This is not fair. I have issues that related to my out burst that the doctor recommended. I thought doctors worked with you not against you.
I’ve been lucky to be a patient here for almost a decade and I’m dreading the day Dr. Martin leaves or retires because who knows how many years I’ll have to wait to get another doctor. I’ve never had a bad experience at this clinic and all of the staff have been nothing but warm and happy to help. Yes, the phone lines are usually a long wait but I am able to just book online unless needing to see the doctor of the day.
