I see Abi, the nurse practitioner, and I absolutely love her. She is extremely knowledgeable, provides excellent patient care, and always takes the time to listen and spend time with her patients. Abi is the only reason I have stayed with this office. Unfortunately, the office staff is a major problem. It’s nearly impossible to reach anyone by phone, and although they advertise a text line, responses are rare. The only consistent way I’ve been able to reach someone is through email. The doctor died and the office didn’t contact me. I found out approx 3 months later when I went to refill my usual prescriptions and the pharmacy told me. This office demanded I pay for an appointment with another doctor, even though I had refills remaining. I already paid for the visit for those prescriptions! Apparently when a doctor dies all your refills become unavailable. It should have been reassigned to another doctor to fill. Had my annual wellness exam with Maria Mundo at Wellington Medical Care in Royal Palm. I rarely go to the doctor, maybe once a year in between annual exam. She spent 5 minutes with me. Didn't look in my ears, mouth, ask about my physical health, my mental health or even ask how my prior elbow surgery went. I've never had a physical that was so incomplete. I will never go back there.
