TL; DR negligent, wildly poor customer service, typical slum lord management company my apartment was almost broken in to several times with clear and reported evidence of attempted break-in and when I reported this to management I was told that they didn’t “believe” anyone had tried to break in even though there were scuff marks all over my windows, dirt INSIDE my window sill from the pot the attempted robber threw at it, as well as the meth pipe the attempted robber dropped outside of my window. Terrible management. They allow disrespectful managers to work here and they back them up. BEWARE of the property manager at one of their properties, she is incredibly unprofessional and when I expressed my grievances with her leadership at wellington. She is the worst communicator, she yells at people who don't understand her. She is impatient to my grandmother who mostly speaks Somali. I try to help reach for an understanding but she just shuts me down. Very disrespectful.

Edit: you say you no longer manage it, but when I was living there you did, and you still own it as well. Living at The Pitch Apartments was deeply troubling. A former staff member exhibited inappropriate and intimidating behavior toward my partner and was allowed to watch my partner on the cameras and used it to coordinate negative interactions with her when she was alone that lead to her attending intensive therapy.
