Edit: you say you no longer manage it, but when I was living there you did, and you still own it as well. Living at The Pitch Apartments was deeply troubling. A former staff member exhibited inappropriate and intimidating behavior toward my partner and was allowed to watch my partner on the cameras and used it to coordinate negative interactions with her when she was alone that lead to her attending intensive therapy. Living at The Pitch Apartments was deeply troubling. I'm deeply disappointed. I tried to reach the resident property manager at the corporate office, but he forwarded my call to the office manager, who also refused to provide me with my CRP

No accountability and WEEKS and multiple attempts to get a response from the regional management and the management at EVERLAKE. gunshots hitting apartments in the building, break ins, theft- I’ve requested to be released from my lease because of serious safety concerns and have gotten no response from the management
