I requested Wellington implement of Medina to expedite delivery of my riding lawnmower because I suffer from a chronic illness and the only day my son can come out and cut the grass is Friday. They told me that my delivery date was scheduled for Monday and they couldn’t change it. I feel if they tried a little harder that they could’ve expedited my delivery so that I didn’t have to wait another week to get my grass cut.
We bought a new mower this year. When it broke down after only a few months they said if we left it there to be fixed they couldn't guarantee we would get it back this month or maybe not this season. They couldn't even give a maybe they could get to it. Nice mower, but no service! Last one we'll buy there
