Actually ZERO STARS! On 12/7 I called corporate and scheduled service for appointment on 10:00 on 12/19. NO SHOW! I called corporate at 10:30 and again at 11:30 to find out what was going on. I called the Waukesha number and Mike told me the technician was sick and corporate was supposed to call me. Installed 8 yrs ago .. 2 warranty issues..No service here...none . Took 12 months to fix the first warranty issues a couple years ago. Now 5 glass panels have failed.. ordered and payed for in early Sept... showed up with wrong color before Hallowween.. reordered .. Supposed to be here Xmas...nope... Now phone numbers disconnect and showrooms closed.. Another home improvement company failure..
I am not one that likes to write bad reviews. Everyone and every companies has their off days. My experience with Iris at Wellington Windows of Waukesha was more than an off day! They installed our windows. The windows themselves have been fine. The customer service however is beyond horrible! Iris, is a scatter brain, doesn't remember anything, doesn't get back to you, apologizes all the time but keeps making the same mistakes. We recently had a new patio door put in. The quality of our Wellington door is top notch. The outside matched our siding perfectly and the inside matched our wood work perfectly. Unlike some other doors all the staining was done. I had 'nothing' to do but enjoy it. The price compared to other quality doors was most affordable. Well worth it.
