No matter when you arrive and what’s the issues you will wait 5-7 hr They don’t care about your time and all they do walk around.

1) After waiting for 5 hours , the doctor came rushing as if she was dragged from something very important, and after investigating my ear, she asked if I have anything else. And after waisting the whole day there I forgot my other complaints that I needed to report and extremely tired of sitting and waiting there. HOW COME THEY ARE BUSY ? THE WAITING AREA IS NOT THAT FULL. AND IF THEY ARE UNDER STAFF, THEY CAN FIX THIS PROBLEM. 2) In a separate occasion: The switch board hung up on me as I am talking to her.

Came in for a possible fractured nose. The dr/nurse told me they had no xray machine and that I need to go to my family dr but my husband has xrays done here already.....

Excellent care! Quick and efficient. Nurses were attentive and compassionate. Dr Farhan and Dr. Cressy where great. They both took the time to listen, quickly ran tests and sat and explained in detail what was wrong and what the game plan was to fix it. I will definitely choose Palmerston hospital if needed in the future. Thanks to both Dr's and the nursing team for taking good care of me.
