They forgot about flowers for my father-in-law's memorial! He passed before Christmas, so we had his memorial in January. When the funeral director tried contacting them the day of to see where they where, no one answered the phone. He was able to get ahold of someone a few days later, but what good does that do? Ordered flowers for my bosses wife's birthday. Ordered them well in advance with plenty of contact information ( I was actually contacted due to them not having the exact vase I wanted, a substitution would be necessary. Not even a problem, it's the thought right?). The flowers were not delivered until the day "AFTER" her birthday. I must say it's hard to say I love you and Happy Birthday a day late, when you have been married for over 20 years. This shop has done an incredible job designing various flower arrangements for us! Despite living 2000 miles away, I am able to call and trust that my recipient will love whatever they receive. I cannot thank them enough for their time, effort and attention to detail in their work.
