Buyer beware! If I could give zero stars I would. Purchased home from TRE December 2024. Poor workmanship throughout home. Had a major leak from upstairs bathroom toilet right away. Issues with furnace also after a month and a half living in new home. Almost 6 months later still waiting for pre-close items to be fixed. When reaching out, either get ignored or told it will get done soon and never does. The warranty company that the builder uses Pro Home is just as bad. Never returns calls and when they finally scheduled items... read more
