Did a great job finding out what was wrong with my drive-thru sensor. Derek was professional and courteous. Had it fixed the same day he was there. Thank you!
They did not answer the phone during their listed open hours. I called more than once. Extremely poor service, very unprofessional.
I called on a Friday. The secretary said they would call me on Monday. No call, after I'd set aside the entire morning. I tried to call them again but only got answering machines. I went to the office address to make an appointment in person, and the building appeared vacant and locked. The following Thursday (today), I called Mt. Pleasant Electric Contractors and they sent somebody right away and had it fixed within fifteen minutes.
