I did call, and I spoke with your office manager. I explained my situation only a few months after my appointment. Since I moved to Tennessee, I only saw it appropriate to try and find help there. When I called back, a year after my filling, I was met with lies and an unprofessional attitude from Vivian. I know that because she said that she would inform you about my situation multiple times, because youre too busy to take any phone calls. No problem, I get that. From check-in to check-out, the entire experience at Smile Designs was fantastic! Everyone there is so friendly and welcoming. Katie, my dental hygienist, was absolutely amazing, extremely thorough, gentle, and took her time answering all of my questions. The doctor was also wonderful and very attentive during my exam. You can really tell they care about their patients. I’ve already referred my mom and sister here, and we all love this office! Highly recommend!
Return called more than three times and left a voicemail during the weekday and weekend. Received the account statement today to find inaccurate billing on my statement. When I spoke to front staff last week, they spoke to me stating that they had NOT submitted my scans from last appointment for retainers (Viveras). They proceed to tell that it was my fault for missing one phone call from Vivan office manager that occurred last month even though I answered her the day prior. My wife and daughters go to Dr Sergio. I got lazy and skipped some appointments. Smile Designs makes everything so easy and pleasant, glad I went back!!
