I have had an amazing experience at this office. The office staff is so nice and very attentive. They call the next day to make sure you are okay. The surgeon and assistant were so amazing, no pain was felt at all and Dr. Rauchwerger puts your dentist fears at ease from the start. Explains everything that needs to be done and I needed a lot. I highly recommend this dentist office. Everyone is so nice.
I did call, and I spoke with your office manager. I explained my situation only a few months after my appointment. Since I moved to Tennessee, I only saw it appropriate to try and find help there. When I called back, a year after my filling, I was met with lies and an unprofessional attitude from Vivian. From check-in to check-out, the entire experience at Smile Designs was fantastic! Everyone there is so friendly and welcoming. Katie, my dental hygienist, was absolutely amazing, extremely thorough, gentle, and took her time answering all of my questions. The doctor was also wonderful and very attentive during my exam. You can really tell they care about their patients. I’ve already referred my mom and sister here, and we all love this office! Highly recommend!
Return called more than three times and left a voicemail during the weekday and weekend. Received the account statement today to find inaccurate billing on my statement. When I spoke to front staff last week, they spoke to me stating that they had NOT submitted my scans from last appointment for retainers (Viveras). They proceed to tell that it was my fault for missing one phone call from Vivan office manager that occurred last month even though I answered her the day prior.
