I had a very disappointing experience at this office. When I arrived, the receptionist had a dog sitting on her lap, which I found inappropriate for a dental setting, especially after I informed them that I have allergies to dogs. The response I received was dismissive and unprofessional. During my visit, the dentist reviewed my X-rays without explaining anything until I asked, and overall communication felt very minimal and unfriendly. On Saturday night I was in excruciating pain and called this facility. Dr. Eisenband personally answered and told me to come in the next morning. I came in the next morning, my tooth was infected and he did a root canal right on the spot. He explained everything in detail and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. He is a very caring and compassionate dentist who you can tell loves helping people, which is rare to find. That is also shown by him having the Wellington location open on 7 days a week. Dr Harris helped me feel better when he was at a time of not feeling so well, he put aside his hurt to help me and that’s to me a dentist going beyond what’s expected and my goodness my tooth extraction went stupendous and the only pain was before the tooth was taken care of by Dr Harris! I’m so grateful.
