I had the most horrible uncomfortable discouraging frustrating infuriating experience imaginable Let me tell you my story. After this disgusting display of unprofessional behavior I would never recommend this office to anybody I'm calling the American dental association any association or corporation these type of practices I'm going to file a complaint. I just got back home from Dr London's office ,after extracting 3 of my teeth. Besides the natural discomfort what comes with this procedure ,I'm totally fine ,resting . I can't say enough good things, praising about him and his staff ! From recepción, to nurses everyone is kind ,patient ,explaning everything, answering the phone ( that's also huge plus these days) . I had a great experience with my wisdom tooth extraction. The staff were extremely kind, friendly, and polite. The assistant, Kerri, was very nice and helpful and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. Everything went very smoothly with no complications. Dr. London took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt at ease. From the coordinators, Yasmin and Ana, to the doctor and assistant, everyone was welcoming and professional. I highly recommend this office!
