I have been taking both of my cats to Wellington Baseline Animal Hospital for the past six years, and the team has always been great. Most recently, one of my cats was diagnosed with diabetes, and the level of support I have received since then has been outstanding. A special shoutout to vet tech Kim, who truly went above and beyond during a very overwhelming time. She is incredibly kind, patient, and always knows how to calm me down when I am worried. We have been coming to see the good Doctors at Wellington Baseline Vet for about 12 years now. We have seen other vets prior to finding this place. We were uncomfortable with the other vets and their prices. Seems the other vets didn't really care to much about our pets ( 5 of them in total) but the good Doctors here really care and we find their prices reasonable.

I never usually leave reviews. However, this is the worst hospital experience and I had to share. My cat is needing urgent medical attention, which led me to calling my vet multiple times today for questions and referrals. The receptionist got very annoyed during the last phone call and yelled at me through the phone. Showed no empathy for what I’m going through, and no patience.
