Excellent customer service everything is working great
Terrible customer service. Asked to buy a USB port after they claimed it was an outrageously high price to replace compared to competitors and they gave me an excuse saying that they "only had one in stock" after I stated I would buy the part from them and repair it myself since their prices can't compete. Don't go here to fix your phone the prices are terrible and the service is just as bad.
I broke the screen on my iPhone 6+ for the third time and have replaced it for twice the money at other businesses in guelph and cambridge and thought it was too much money. I was right and GOT MY SCREEN FIXED FOR HALF THE PRICE THAT I PAID OTHER PLACES. Also he told me my battery is toast which is has been bulging my screen upward after i got it back from the last place it was fixed in guelph and they didnt tell me anything, im getting the battery replaced today at an unbelievable price
Excellent service. Fixed a bad experience from another cell phone repair. Replaced my back camera, speaker and back plate on a Samsung s7, all top quality parts and at a good price. Would recommend!
Friendly, fast and excellent service. Have brought my phone there a few too many times (clearly I need to learn not to break it) and our iPad as well. Upfront, honest and same day service for most of ours. Wouldn't go anywhere else 😊
