If you are an active duty service member STAY AWAY! There are many better and more affordable places to live. The management has no regard for helping service members and will go as far as asking for your orders despite you not breaking the lease in order to move out.
Whoever is running this complex needs to be fired immediately. The unprofessionalism, disrespect, incompetence, and disregard for the tenants is unacceptable. My soldier just moved out of that complex. She gave them a 35 day notice that she was not renewing her lease. They inspected her apartment, took her keys, and sent her on her way just to turn around and send her a $3000 bill saying she owes them for not giving them a 60 day notice. I had the pleasure of working with Pernesia Petite while signing my lease. And she went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make this experience convenient for me. Moving is always a stressful experience, and she had so much empathy for me. I would work with her over and over and recommend anyone seeking a capable and empathetic professional for their leasing experience.
Living in this apartment has been an excellent experience! The staff, especially Pernesia Petite, are warm, proactive, and incredibly responsive — any issues I raised with her were resolved quickly and efficiently. The facilities are well-maintained, and the shuttle bus adds great convenience. The location is also ideal: bus A40 or A42 takes you to Pentagon City, and bus F44 goes directly to the Pentagon. Parking is hassle-free as well. Truly love this place!
Who was the genius who came up with this Wi-Fi? It's terrible, unstable, and unnecessarily expensive.
