I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I’ve experienced. Despite multiple emails and phone calls, I have yet to receive any meaningful response or assistance. While calls may be answered occasionally, no real support or follow-through has been provided. It’s very frustrating to feel ignored, especially when the matter is urgent and affects my situation directly. This lack of communication and accountability reflects poor management and a clear disregard for tenant concerns.
If I could give them 0-Star Review, I would. Stay away! I don’t typically write reviews — and certainly not emotional ones. That’s why I’ve waited several days before sharing my story. But after everything that happened, I feel an obligation to speak up so others don’t go through what I did. We didn't choose this place, but Yuri was great! Very knowledgeable and friendly!
I'm back here to give another bad review of this apartment complex. These people are the worst. I made a down payment 500$ and they only gave me back $78. They probably wouldn't have even bothered to give it back. So don't rent here. They charge you for everything and nothing.
