I live here, and I'll tell you with certainty and proof so you'll think twice before moving in. There are too many cockroaches and mice inside the apartments. Overall, my onboarding experience has been positive. One concern I shared in the move in survey is that I've noticed residents in the community are not always respectful of the shared spaces. For example, there was vomit (either from a resident or a dog) left in the hallway across from my unit for several days. I mentioned it to Keith, and he immediately submitted a maintenance ticket to have it addressed.
