I had a very disappointing experience living at Cortland on Pike. The property has ongoing issues with mice, insects, bad smells, and overall cleanliness. This management was previously Wellington Management, and despite the name change, the same problems remain. Management consistently acts like tenants are always wrong and responds to concerns with little to no real problem-solving. I’ve had a very frustrating experience living at this apartment complex. Basic maintenance and management responsiveness have been ongoing issues that significantly impact day-to-day living. This apartment and Managment is the worst, they will never respond to any issue and just tell you sorry It’s not a safe place to live in you can get mugged or chased in the building and no one cares, they would just say camera is down and they don’t even have one.
