Do not move here! This property has been through Bozzuto (which was the best), Elme and now Cortland! I repeat do not waste your time or money here unless you wish to get your car towed, add on fees, and unresponsive communication. The amenities are trash, the condition of the property has deteriorated over the years. The elevators always break down!!! There is absolutely NO PARKING anywhere even with a parking decal. Dec 25 edit - new management seems to be no different.... They keep adding fees month on month. It's really amazing how quickly the rent has gone up over the past 2 years. I am a resident of Central building. The issues just keep getting worse. The latest thing they are forcing on us is internet that doesn't even cover the entire apartment. They keep sending people who come, look at the issue, but don't fix it.. Their renewal process is very unfriendly and we discovered so many fees. Elevators dont work often. The parking space is really bad..even for residents. I like this place, but only parking problem is enough to take 2 stars out.
