We engaged Welling Construction to undertake what can only be considered a transformation of our home on Lake Tahoe. This project included the excavation of a third level under the existing home, pushing out the front of the house to accommodate stairwells and a total renovation of the upper two floors. We are "veterans" of many remodeling projects over the years and Brent and his crew are clearly the best with whom we have worked. Our three projects with Welling Construction were each done with superb results, on budget, on time along with great advice, Most importantly, these projects were completed on a vacation home with little inspection/supervision on our part.
