As a bride, I had such a great experience working with wellgroomed for both my wedding outfit and my groom’s outfit. I drove nearly 2 hours for an appointment to look at bridal lenghas. No one was there at the store. I called several times. Very unprofessional!

We can't talk about the experience because this place never picks up their phone for an appt. They have hours but they mean nothing.

Avoid this place at all costs or at least this specific location. We booked an appointment to visit the Lathrop location and upon arrival (after a two hour drive) the doors were locked. Based on the business hours, they were supposed to be open for another two hours. After trying to get a hold of someone via phone, instagram, even email and even reaching out to another location in Canada, no one became available. After having a great experience at another WellGroomed location, we thought this would be the same. We drove 2 hours for our appointment only for the doors to be locked. I completely understand that emergencies happen but I think you should have the courtesy to tell your customers that the store will be closed. We got a message at 10pm apologizing and stating that they will give us a discount, but unfortunately this location will not be earning our business.
