Avoid this place at all costs or at least this specific location. We booked an appointment to visit the Lathrop location and upon arrival (after a two hour drive) the doors were locked. Based on the business hours, they were supposed to be open for another two hours. After trying to get a hold of someone via phone, instagram, even email and even reaching out to another location in Canada, no one became available. After having a great experience at another WellGroomed location, we thought this would be the same. We drove 2 hours for our appointment only for the doors to be locked. I completely understand that emergencies happen but I think you should have the courtesy to tell your customers that the store will be closed. We got a message at 10pm apologizing and stating that they will give us a discount, but unfortunately this location will not be earning our business. I chose Wellgroomed for my wedding outfit and they created my custom, dream lengha for my outdoor Sikh ceremony in July 2021 (anand karaj). I also got my custom set from Preet - The Lost Bangle to match my outfit. Sarah and Preet are amazing people to work with. From the moment I had my first appointment in November 2020 to June when I got my outfit, they were always kind, professional, and positive. Don’t order any jewelry or chooda from them. I ordered chooda from them. On the day when I was suppose to pick up chooda this girl left early around 5 pm instead of 6 pm. There were only 4 days to my wedding. I called her a lot of times if i can pick up chooda on the weekend or Monday. She didn’t reply to my messages. I was so worried because I couldn’t find my size chooda at any store near by. I will not recommend this store to anyone.
