I've been to Wellfleet Pool multiple times, and it seems like there's always some kind of problem. The pool itself is large and has a lot of potential, but the staff really takes away from the experience. Every time I come to Wellfleet Pool, there seems to be some kind of issue. The pool itself is big and has plenty of space, but the way it's run takes away from the experience. The lifeguards spend more time talking to each other than paying attention to what's going on, and they come across as more interested in correcting or confronting kids than making sure everyone is actually safe. The lifeguards are amazing. The people do not listen to them or follow the rules. Give those life guards a raise!
