Please use a different insurance, they will find any way to not answer your calls and deny any claims. urgent care needs you to call them to make confirmations, and if offices are. loses your out of luck. just throw your money in the trash if your choosing Wellfleet.
Im giving 4 stars based on the excellent customer service I received by Aneesha J. We are a new student with Regis University and my experience customer service and communication wise has been amazing. No experience with claims yet if Aneesha J is there to help, I have faith all will be well.
One of the worst insurance companies. If I could, I would have rated them negative or at least Zero.
I had a student membership for health insurance. They took my money and did not pay for any of my medical expenses. The money I spent on insurance should have gone to my bills. I cannot get ahold of anyone either. I have sent several emails and made calls and no one will get back to me. This is not worth it. If you are a student and need insurance get any other insurance.
